Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 125g (1cup) Flour
- 20g (1.5tbsp) White sugar
- 4g (1tsp) Baking powder
- 1.25g (1/4tsp) Baking soda
- 2g (1/4tsp) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 - 1.25cup Buttermilk (or equivalent)
- 7.5g (1tsp) Vanilla extract
- 30g (2tbsp) Unsalted butter
Instructions
- Combine wet ingredients (melt + cool butter)
- Combine dry ingredients
- Combine wet + dry ingredients, mix thoroughly
- Pan fry mixture in small 4-5 inch diameter pancakes
