Biscotti

Ingredients
- 150g (1.25 sticks / 10tbsp) Unsalted butter
- 265g (1.25 cups) White sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 15g (2tsp) Vanilla
- 4.5 (3/4tsp) Salt
- 400g (3.25 cups) Flour
- 12g (1tbsp) Baking Powder
- 113g chocolate chips
- 66g almonds (slivered preferred)
Instructions
- Combine butter and sugar in mixer
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt in separate bowl
- Add each egg to mixer individually until combined
- Add vanilla to mixer
- Slowly add flour to mixer while mixing
- Combine chocolate and almonds in separate bowl
- Add chocolate and almonds to mixer
- Form 2 30cm x 7 cm rectangles on baking sheet
- Bake at 175C for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool completely
- Angle cut biscotti and place on baking sheet with cut side up
- Bake at 175C for 10 minutes
- Flip biscotti pieces to other side
- Bake at 175C for 10 minutes
